Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid California Class C Driver’s license
- Minimum age 21 years
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check
- Ability to pass drug test
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience or training
- Ability to operate forklifts and man lifts safely
- Knowledge of driving laws and safety procedures
- Ability to work a five-day work week
- Ability to sequence items properly
- Ability to pass physical examination
- Ability to conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Ability to adapt to varying weather and road conditions
- Strong communication skills
Job Qualifications

- At least 2 years of professional driving-related experience or training

- Ability to sequence items logically
- Familiarity with accident procedures for warehouse or vehicle incidents
- Availability for a five-day work week
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to operate forklifts and man lifts safely
Job Duties
- Operate a bobtail flatbed truck with lift gate while adhering to traffic laws and safety standards
- Safely load and secure packages on the truck to prevent damage during transit
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and address maintenance issues
- Navigate delivery routes using GPS and maintain awareness of road conditions
- Pull and verify warehouse orders in collaboration with team members
- Organize materials logically on the truck to optimize space and prevent damage
- Safely operate forklifts and man lifts according to standards
- Maintain punctual delivery schedules by efficient route planning
- Adapt to weather and traffic conditions to ensure timely deliveries
- Communicate effectively with customers about delivery times and issues
- Unload materials promptly and safely using lift gate
- Greet and assist customers with deliveries in a courteous manner
- Address customer inquiries and escalate concerns when necessary
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and maintain organized records
- Adhere to safety protocols including proper use of personal protective equipment
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized truck interior
- Take proactive safety measures to mitigate hazards during deliveries
