Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • ability to meet and maintain qualifications as required by the DOT
  • class B required
  • six months previous delivery or courier experience preferred
  • demonstrated computer skills
  • ability to lift 100 lbs
  • knowledge of Eclipse preferred
  • knowledge of handheld RF scanner is a plus
  • ability to operate lift truck equipment
  • ability to work a flexible shift

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Deliver products to local customers and obtain proof of delivery
  • provide excellent customer service
  • load and unload the vehicle in a safe and efficient manner
  • adhere to all company safety policies and initiatives
  • maintain a high standard of driving performance
  • maintain compliance with all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements
  • communicate effectively with department leads and branches on all job related issues
  • maintain vehicle and shipping and receiving dock cleanliness and order
  • follow processes and procedures in place for effective job performance
  • participate in company process improvement initiatives
  • provide coverage in areas in which staffing is low and work level is high
