Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Previous passenger driving experience preferred
  • Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License with passenger endorsements
  • Ability to perform vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
  • Strong focus on safety and customer service
  • Ability to handle luggage and assist passengers
  • Availability to work varied shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Previous experience driving passengers preferred
  • Valid Class B CDL with passenger endorsements
  • Knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to safely operate specialized equipment for disabled passengers

Job Duties

  • Transport, load and unload passengers at designated pick-up and drop-off locations
  • Ensure safe operation of specialized equipment for passengers with special needs
  • Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage
  • Inspect vehicles regularly for safety and maintenance issues
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to passenger inquiries
  • Perform pre-inspection and post-inspection activities to meet safety standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and disinfect shuttle after each use
