Job Requirements
- 12 months class b experience in the last 3 years
- valid dot med card
- acceptable mvr no more than 2 violations in 3 years
- strong work history
- ability to operate straight trucks with automatic transmission
- physical ability to perform touch freight handling
- availability to work monday through friday 8 am to 5 pm shift
Job Qualifications
- 12 months of verifiable Class B driving experience in the last 3 years
- Valid DOT medical card
- Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 2 violations in the past 3 years
- Strong work history with commitment to safety and reliability
- Ability to operate a pallet jack and dolly
- Physical capability to handle manual loading of boxed food items
Job Duties
- Drive a straight truck with automatic transmission for local food deliveries
- Complete 12-16 delivery stops daily on assigned routes
- Safely load and unload touch freight using pallet jacks and dollies
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
- Follow all DOT and company safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- Report any vehicle issues or delays promptly
