Job Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 21 years of age
- Minimum one year of commercial driving experience
- No DUIs or DWIs in past three years
- No more than three traffic violations in past three years
- Must have or be willing to obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements
- Ability to frequently enter and exit vehicle cab
- Ability to move freight/pallets up to 2500 pounds with mechanical aid
- Ability to carry freight up to 40 pounds for up to 20 feet
- Ability to operate vehicle coupling and safety equipment
Job Qualifications

- Ability to follow safety protocols and regulations
Job Duties
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Deliver and/or pick up freight to/from customer locations and/or terminal as instructed by dispatch or supervisor
- Ensure all shipping documentation is available for DOT inspection and accompanies shipment
- Load and/or unload a wide variety of freight onto/off company vehicles with or without mechanical assistance
- Sort, palletize, and reload freight as necessary
- Complete all required paperwork according to company policies and government regulations
- Operate vehicle mechanisms including fifth wheel release levers, pintle hooks, and landing gear
