Job Requirements
- Must have a Class A CDL from your current state of residence
- Drivers must have one full year of Class A OTR or regional experience in the last three years or two full years in the last five years
- Drivers may not have more than two jobs in the last 12 months and no more than four in the last three years
- No termination from last job for safety reasons
- No more than two moving violations or preventable accidents in the last three years
- No DOT recordable preventable accident in the last five years
- Never failed or refused a DOT drug test
- DUI in a personal vehicle must be at least eight years old and only one in a lifetime, never in a CMV
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL from current state of residence
- Minimum one year of Class A OTR or regional experience in the last three years or two years in the last five years
- Clean safety record with no more than two moving violations or preventable accidents in the last three years
- No DOT recordable preventable accidents in the last five years
- No history of failed or refused DOT drug tests
- Limited job changes with no more than two jobs in the last 12 months and four in the last three years
- Ability to operate dry van equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong understanding of DOT safety and operational regulations
Job Duties
- Transport dry van freight regionally within Texas, Oklahoma, the Southeast, the Midwest, and the Northeast
- Operate trucks and trailers safely and in compliance with DOT regulations
- Manage and complete drop and hook deliveries efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, delivery logs, and hours of service
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients and partners
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Participate in orientation and complete required online training as scheduled
