Job Requirements

  • Must have a Class A CDL from your current state of residence
  • Drivers must have one full year of Class A OTR or regional experience in the last three years or two full years in the last five years
  • Drivers may not have more than two jobs in the last 12 months and no more than four in the last three years
  • No termination from last job for safety reasons
  • No more than two moving violations or preventable accidents in the last three years
  • No DOT recordable preventable accident in the last five years
  • Never failed or refused a DOT drug test
  • DUI in a personal vehicle must be at least eight years old and only one in a lifetime, never in a CMV

Job Qualifications

  • Valid Class A CDL from current state of residence
  • Minimum one year of Class A OTR or regional experience in the last three years or two years in the last five years
  • Clean safety record with no more than two moving violations or preventable accidents in the last three years
  • No DOT recordable preventable accidents in the last five years
  • No history of failed or refused DOT drug tests
  • Limited job changes with no more than two jobs in the last 12 months and four in the last three years
  • Ability to operate dry van equipment safely and efficiently
  • Strong understanding of DOT safety and operational regulations

Job Duties

  • Transport dry van freight regionally within Texas, Oklahoma, the Southeast, the Midwest, and the Northeast
  • Operate trucks and trailers safely and in compliance with DOT regulations
  • Manage and complete drop and hook deliveries efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of mileage, delivery logs, and hours of service
  • Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients and partners
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Participate in orientation and complete required online training as scheduled
