Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
  • Valid CDL A license
  • Six months commercial driving experience
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Meet all state licensing and certification requirements where applicable
  • Clean motor vehicle report for the past 3 years
  • Pass post offer drug test
  • Pass road test
  • Possess or attain valid current DOT health card
  • Able to hand-lift and utilize two-wheeler, lift gate and other equipment to move and or stack product cases
  • Product cases generally range from approximately 60 to 90 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
  • Valid CDL A license
  • Six months commercial driving experience
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Meet all state licensing and certification requirements where applicable
  • Clean motor vehicle report for the past 3 years
  • Pass post offer drug test
  • Pass road test
  • Possess or attain valid current DOT health card
  • Able to hand-lift and utilize two-wheeler, lift gate and other equipment for moving product cases
  • Preferred qualifications considered an asset

Job Duties

  • Attend and successfully complete entry level driver trainee or dock to driver training program
  • Assist driver trainer in executing deliveries
  • Perform all required safety checks including pre/post trip inspections
  • Follow DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines
  • Inspect trailer for properly loaded and secured freight
  • Drive and deliver customer orders according to route schedule
  • Unload products and verify delivery with customer
  • Collect money where required
  • Load customer returns and secure trailer doors
  • Complete daily records and necessary paperwork
  • Perform general housekeeping duties
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
