Job Requirements
- Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL)
- Minimum 24 months of recent and verifiable over-the-road (OTR) driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screenings
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work full-time as an OTR driver
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety standards
- Ability to remain on road for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL)
- Minimum 24 months of recent and verifiable over-the-road (OTR) driving experience
- Experience with handling long-haul repetitive lanes preferable
- Knowledge of freight handling and drop and hook procedures
- Ability to maintain vehicle condition and perform basic inspections
- Familiarity with electronic logbooks and navigation systems
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with dispatch
Job Duties
- Operate Class A commercial vehicles safely over long distances
- Transport freight across Midwest repetitive lanes avoiding East and West Coast travel
- Manage drop and hook loads with 90% no-touch freight
- Maintain communication with 24/7 dispatch team
- Adhere to safety and company driving policies
- Utilize onboard technology such as Omnitracs and E-Logs for compliance and tracking
- Ensure timely delivery while maximizing home time
