Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of professional truck driving experience
- valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- ability to meet physical and medical standards
- pass DOT drug and alcohol testing
- willingness to work up to 6 days per week
- ability to operate and maneuver a commercial motor vehicle safely
Job Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience
- clean driving record
- knowledge of local and regional routes
- ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
- good communication skills
- familiarity with DOT safety regulations
Job Duties
- Operate commercial motor vehicle safely and efficiently
- manage local, regional, dedicated, and intermodal freight runs
- maximize allowable hours of service up to 70 hours per week
- maintain communication with dispatch and driver manager
- comply with all federal and state transportation regulations
- perform regular vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues
- assist with loading and unloading as needed
