Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid Class A CDL license
- minimum of 3 years of driving experience with oversized and overweight loads
- clean driving record
- ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- knowledge of transportation laws and DOT compliance
- ability to work flexible hours and travel as required
- strong attention to detail and time management skills

Job Duties
- Safe and effective transportation of oversized loads within the region
- safe operation of all equipment including daily maintenance checks and electronic driver logs
- operating and maintaining all equipment to meet DOT compliance standards
- partnering with Driver Supervisors and Pilot/Escort Drivers to coordinate daily permits and load scheduling
- coordinating pickup of scheduled oversized loads
- coordinating delivery and placement at retail locations
- providing route information and best practices to the oversized load team
- returning to terminal with completed delivery paperwork in a timely manner
- carrying out end of shift/day cleanup procedures including cleaning and servicing of work stations and equipment
- reporting traffic accidents or load damages to authorities and driver supervisors promptly
- providing world-class customer experience during transport and delivery
