Job Requirements

Valid Class A CDL license
current DOT medical card
minimum 6 months to 1 year of CDL driving experience
ability to pass road test
acceptable driving record per DOT and company insurance mandates
compliance with DOT Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse provisions
physical ability to climb, lift 20-40 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally
good vision including color vision and ability to focus
strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL license
current DOT medical card
at least 1 year CDL driving experience (6 months considered)
ability to pass road test
acceptable driving record according to DOT and company insurance standards
compliance with DOT's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse provisions

Job Duties

Be constantly vigilant to detect unexpected road conditions, distracted drivers, and motorists unfamiliar with commercial vehicles
operate commercial vehicles safely in accordance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations
conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicle and equipment prior to departure and upon return
report any defects immediately to management
ensure accurate and efficient product delivery procedures
maintain compliance with all DOT and company safety standards
communicate effectively with management and customers as needed
