Job Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL license
- current DOT medical card
- minimum 6 months to 1 year of CDL driving experience
- ability to pass road test
- acceptable driving record per DOT and company insurance mandates
- compliance with DOT Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse provisions
- physical ability to climb, lift 20-40 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally
- good vision including color vision and ability to focus
- strong communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license

- ability to pass road test
- acceptable driving record according to DOT and company insurance standards
- compliance with DOT's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse provisions
Job Duties
- Be constantly vigilant to detect unexpected road conditions, distracted drivers, and motorists unfamiliar with commercial vehicles
- operate commercial vehicles safely in accordance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations
- conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicle and equipment prior to departure and upon return
- report any defects immediately to management
- ensure accurate and efficient product delivery procedures
- maintain compliance with all DOT and company safety standards
- communicate effectively with management and customers as needed
