Job Requirements
- At least 12 months of CDL-A driving experience
- Minimum age of 21 years
- No major MVR or CSA violations in last three years
- No DUI or DWI convictions in past five years
- Ability to pass FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screening
- Commitment to join a family-owned team valuing professionalism and driver quality of life
Job Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 12 months of experience with CDL-A
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations
- Proven safe driving record
- Ability to operate modern refrigerated tractor-trailers
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to handle paperwork and documentation
Job Duties
- Operate refrigerated trucks safely and efficiently
- Maintain compliance with all department of transportation regulations
- Ensure timely delivery of products while preserving cold chain integrity
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and management
- Manage and document load paperwork accurately
- Adhere to company safety and performance standards
