Job Requirements
- 12 months of cdl-a
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- No major mvr or csa violations within the last 3 years
- No dui or dwi convictions in the past 5 years
- Must be able to pass a fmCSA dot pre-employment drug screen
- Be part of a family-owned team that values professional management and driver quality of life
Job Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 12 months of CDL-A driving experience
- Clean motor vehicle record with no major violations in last 3 years
- No DUI or DWI convictions in last 5 years
- Ability to pass FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screening
- Strong commitment to safety and professionalism
- Experience operating refrigerated trailers preferred
Job Duties
- Operate refrigerated tractor-trailer safely and efficiently
- Ensure delivery schedules are met on time
- Maintain compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members
- Adhere to company policies regarding pet and rider allowances
- Maintain logs and records as required by regulations
