Job Requirements
- Possess a valid CDL-A license
- have at least 12 months of CDL-A driving experience
- be 21 years of age or older
- no major MVR or CSA violations within last 3 years
- no DUI or DWI convictions in past 5 years
- pass FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screen
- commit to family-owned company culture and professional management
Job Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license
- minimum of 12 months OTR refrigerated driving experience preferred
- clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years
- ability to pass DOT drug screening
- strong communication and time management skills
- experience with modern truck technologies and equipment
- commitment to safety and professionalism
Job Duties
- Operate refrigerated trucks safely across long distances
- maintain compliance with FMCSA and company safety standards
- perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues
- manage delivery schedules to ensure timely freight arrival
- communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- adhere to all DOT regulations regarding hours of service
- maintain accurate logs and records
