- Ability to work full-time evening shifts on a rotating schedule

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow standardized recipes

Job Duties
- Follow and cook all assigned standardized recipes for cafeteria and patient services
- Participate on all meal service patient tray lines
- Ensure exemplary level of cleanliness and sanitation in the cook and tray line areas
- Maintain relationship with all kitchen staff to ensure quality of work
