Job Requirements
- Some high school preferred
- ability to stand for the entire workday
- ability to lift, carry, and push up to 30 lbs regularly, 40 lbs frequently, and occasionally up to 75 lbs
- ability to work in wet and slippery conditions
- ability to work in hot and damp environments
- good communication skills in English including speech recognition and clarity
- regular and reliable attendance
- willingness to perform incidental duties as assigned by management

Job Duties
- Washes dishes, utensils, trays, and cooking supplies using proper sanitation procedures
- pulls trash from trash receptacles, replaces trash bags as needed, and clears trash from tables and floors/grounds
- cleans floor areas of any spillage of water, detergent, and/or foodstuffs per safety and sanitation guidelines
- loads and unloads inventory from trucks
- stocks storeroom
- maintains the kitchen, serving, and dining areas in clean and orderly condition by sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, wiping counters and equipment, and organizing shelves
- performs light food preparation work such as washing and peeling fruits and vegetables
- transports food carts to and from designated serving areas
