Job Duties
- maintains all floors in the required manner
- empties all trash receptacles and picks up miscellaneous trash on floor on a daily basis and as needed
- handles recycling
- ensures that all entranceways are clean, maintained and safe
- follows cleaning procedures in a safe manner
- maintains equipment in good working condition and returns it to the proper storage locations after use
- checks stock and notifies supervisor of supply needs
- moves furniture
- sets up, assists with decorating and breaks down special events
- writes up maintenance work orders
- participates in ongoing in-service education and attends meetings
- regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job
