- Previous bartender experience preferred

Job Duties
- Process guests' food and beverage orders with urgency and upsell products
- Pour wine and serve draft and bottled beer
- mix drinks and beverages according to recipe
- Check identification of guests to ensure legal drinking age
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Operate cash registers and handle payments, ensuring proper cash handling procedures
- Maintain the bar area by organizing, cleaning, and completing opening, running, and closing duties
- Stock and order liquor and bar supplies as needed
- Adhere to opening and closing procedures and maintain a clean, sanitized bar area
- Promote extraordinary guest service
- balance cash drawers accurately and follow cash-handling procedures
- Assist guests with inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Collaborate with team members and management to enforce cash-handling compliance
- Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment
- Identify and resolve conflicts professionally
- Provide a welcoming experience for guests of all ages
- Perform other duties as assigned
