Job Duties
- Move with a sense of urgency by processing guests’ food and beverage orders and upselling products
- Pour wine and serve draft and bottled beer, in addition to mixing drinks and beverages to recipe
- Check identification of guests to ensure legal drinking age
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Operate cash registers, collect payments from guests, and return change
- Maintain work areas by organizing and cleaning bar, tables and service well
- Complete all opening, running, and closing duties as assigned
- Manage bar operation and maintain liquor and bar supplies throughout the shift
- Adhere to opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down the venue
- Promote and provide extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests
- Understand and demonstrate proper safety practices and ensure department standards are upheld
- Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift with accuracy and integrity
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests and addressing complaints professionally
- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure compliant and efficient cash handling
- Monitor and maintain a safe environment for team members and guests
- Identify, de-escalate, and resolve conflicts professionally
- Provide a positive and welcoming experience for guests of all ages
- Maintain a high level of trust and integrity to promote safety and security
- Perform other duties as assigned
