  • Prior bartender experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Move with a sense of urgency by processing guests’ food and beverage orders and upselling products
  • Pour wine and serve draft and bottled beer, in addition to mixing drinks and beverages to recipe
  • Check identification of guests to ensure legal drinking age
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations
  • Operate cash registers, collect payments from guests, and return change
  • Maintain work areas by organizing and cleaning bar, tables and service well
  • Complete all opening, running, and closing duties as assigned
  • Manage bar operation and maintain liquor and bar supplies throughout the shift
  • Adhere to opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down the venue
  • Promote and provide extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests
  • Understand and demonstrate proper safety practices and ensure department standards are upheld
  • Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift with accuracy and integrity
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests and addressing complaints professionally
  • Collaborate with team members and management to ensure compliant and efficient cash handling
  • Monitor and maintain a safe environment for team members and guests
  • Identify, de-escalate, and resolve conflicts professionally
  • Provide a positive and welcoming experience for guests of all ages
  • Maintain a high level of trust and integrity to promote safety and security
  • Perform other duties as assigned
