Job Duties
- Move with a sense of urgency by cleaning and clearing tables of used glassware, plate ware, silverware etc
- Prepare and maintain dining room by stocking all necessary supplies throughout shift
- Interact with guests as they arrive and as they leave the restaurant to ensure positive dining experience
- Maintain walkways, common areas, wait stations and restrooms
- Keep a clean and sanitary bussing station
- Complete all opening, running, and closing duties as assigned
- Maintain table settings by removing finished courses and replenishing utensils in accordance to specifications as necessary
