Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • Minimum 5 years hospitality industry experience in San Francisco
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of local San Francisco hospitality market
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work remotely
  • Willingness to uphold company culture and values

Job Qualifications

  • At least 5 years experience in the hospitality industry in San Francisco, CA
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Customer focus and ability to collaborate
  • Strong interest and knowledge of the hospitality market
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure

Job Duties

  • Deliver the promise to members in San Francisco by localizing Velocity Black's core DNA
  • Leverage global resources and brand with local San Francisco expertise to develop the member community
  • Grow the community of high-performance, high-net-worth members in San Francisco
  • Manage the P&L for the city to maximize return on investment and relevant KPIs
  • Own the content and engagement strategy for the city's member cohort
  • Conceive and execute regular member events at inspired locations
  • Collaborate closely with Membership, CRM, and Operations teams for seamless integration
  • Uphold Velocity culture focusing on high performance and exceeding customer expectations
  • Demonstrate adaptability, initiative, resilience, ownership, and a 'Yes First' attitude
  • Maintain exceptional organization and multitask between team assistance and strategic priorities
