Job Requirements

  • Must possess a valid state driver’s license and safe driving record
  • Must have two years driving experience
  • May be required to work any day of the week including weekends, Sundays, and holidays as scheduled
  • Ability to pass USPS assessments and background checks
  • Must be able to perform the physical duties of the job
  • Willingness to work flexible and fluctuating schedules

  • Minimum of two years driving experience
  • Ability to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays as scheduled
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Physical stamina for walking and lifting

Job Duties

  • Delivering mail and packages in all types of weather
  • Provide excellent customer service as the face of USPS in the community
  • Wear a uniform and maintain a professional appearance
  • Walk extensively and work independently on delivery routes
  • Work overtime as needed and be flexible with fluctuating schedules
  • Utilize safe driving practices when operating postal vehicles
  • Participate in paid training and adhere to USPS operational standards
