Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Prefer 2 years prior hotel banquet experience
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and confident attitude
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Experience with scheduling, payroll, and labor management
- Knowledge of MICROS POS system
- Serve Safe certification preferred
- TIPS or CARE certification required
- CPR certification preferred
- Availability for both AM and PM shifts

Job Duties
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the restaurant ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction
- Create a welcoming and memorable dining experience for guests going above and beyond to exceed expectations
- Interview, train, supervise, coach, schedule, and manage restaurant team members
- Develop and train a team of talented individuals fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Monitor and maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency to uphold culinary excellence
- Implement effective marketing and sales strategies to attract guests and increase revenue
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and optimize profitability
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Stay updated with industry trends and make recommendations for menu enhancements and improvements
