Job Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Food and beverage experience preferred
- Bartending experience preferred
- Concierge experience preferred
- Valid Food Handler's Card
- Availability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all hotel meetings, events, and functions
- Greet guests in an appropriate manner and offer to assist with their needs
- Answer telephone calls for specific services and dispatch the appropriate associates to respond to the guest's request
- Assist guest with making arrangements to visit points of interest, attractions, museums, and parks in a timely and appropriate manner
- Assist guest with making restaurant recommendations and reservations
- Continuously check on the needs of guests in entire lounge, bussing tables, and pouring alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Serve cocktails, wine, beer and champagne in accordance with safe alcohol service standards and notify manager of any guest incidents
- Complete side work including polishing/rolling silverware, stocking beverages, condiments and glasses/plates, sweeping and cleaning as directed
- Assist in controlling the flow of activity in lounge during food and beverage periods by assisting pantry attendants
- Demonstrate commitment to eliminating or reducing risks of injury to guests and associates and act appropriately in emergency situations
