Job Requirements

- minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions
- minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience
- strong listening and communication skills
- ability to ask questions and identify customer needs
- problem-solving ability

- ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
- complete a video interview assessment within 7 days

Job Duties
- Greet customers in the lobby

- maintain knowledge of Citizens products and services
