Job Requirements

  • Ability to work morning shifts
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or similar food preparation environment preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen equipment safely

  • Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
  • Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, knife skills, and kitchen equipment

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, plating standards, and ticket times
  • Set up and stock assigned stations with necessary supplies and ingredients
  • Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen team members and front-of-house staff
  • Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and labeling
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
  • Support team during peak service periods and maintain a positive attitude
