Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, plating standards, and ticket times
- Set up and stock assigned stations with necessary supplies and ingredients
- Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Communicate clearly with kitchen team members and front-of-house staff
- Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and labeling
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Support team during peak service periods and maintain a positive attitude
