Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles
- ability to work weekends including mandatory weekend availability
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate weights
- strong communication skills
- willingness to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- commitment to excellent customer service
- must be detail oriented

Job Duties
- Perform custodial tasks including cleaning, dusting, and sanitizing various areas within the premises
- launder linens, towels, and other fabrics as needed to maintain cleanliness and hygiene
- cook simple meals or prepare snacks for residents or guests when required
- conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces
- provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly
- manage housekeeping supplies and inventory to ensure adequate stock levels
- execute commercial cleaning tasks in business environments while adhering to safety standards
- maintain a high standard of cleanliness in residential settings, ensuring all areas are tidy and organized
