- Previous hospitality or guest service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Assist guests with luggage during arrival, departure, and room changes
- Escort guests to guest rooms and provide a thorough orientation of room features and property amenities
- Provide accurate information regarding hotel services, amenities, events, and local attractions
- Coordinate transportation requests such as taxis, rideshares, and valet retrieval
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entry, and bell stand areas
- Safely store and retrieve luggage when needed
- Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate effectively with Front Desk and Concierge
- Deliver packages, messages, and special guest amenities as requested
- Uphold confidentiality and security standards at all times
