Job Requirements
- valid commercial pilot license with relevant type ratings
- minimum of 1500 flight hours
- ability to comply with FAA regulations and company policies
- strong situational awareness and decision-making skills
- physical fitness to meet the demands of flying
- willingness to adhere to scheduled work hours and shifts
- excellent interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- valid commercial pilot license with appropriate type ratings
- minimum of 1500 flight hours
- experience flying citation XLS/XLS+ or similar aircraft preferred
- strong knowledge of FAA regulations and safety procedures
- excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- commitment to high standards of customer service and operational excellence
Job Duties
- act as pilot-in-command for our fleet of citation XLS/XLS+ aircraft
- adhere to the rules and regulations of the federal aviation administration (FAA), standard operating procedures (SOP) and company general operations manual as applicable
- comply with customer schedules
- ensure the aircraft is safe and operates efficiently
- ensure the aircraft is clean and prepared for flight with all provisions on board for the safety and comfort of our passengers
- study the weather conditions and forecasts for the departure airport, flight planned route, destination and alternate airports
- prepare flight plans, calculate weight and balance, fuel on board, and performance charts
- communicate maintenance issues and ensure required services are communicated to maintenance personnel
