Job Requirements

  • Must process a valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record
  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • Must have or obtain all required work cards
  • Must possess excellent guest service skills to effectively deal with guests
  • Previous valet experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to drive and operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management in both written and verbal form
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Proficient in computer applications

Job Duties

  • Responsible for practicing, supporting and promoting the company service standards at all times
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and complete assignment accurately
  • Ability to follow instructions provided in both written and verbal form
  • High attention to detail and workplace safety
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Assist with guests in a prompt courteous manner
  • Maintains communication and cooperation with other shifts and departments to keep fellow team members informed of all pertinent information
  • Have a thorough knowledge of all areas of the garage, major streets, landmarks and freeways in the area in order to assist customers
  • Able to effectively park and retrieve guest cars without causing damage to the vehicle
  • Monitor and direct personal and commercial vehicle traffic on property, including guest vehicles, taxi cabs, limousines, and buses
