Job Requirements

high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
completion of property academy as assigned
ability to work any day of the week and any shift including weekends and holidays
comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods
ability to lift 50 pounds
respond promptly to emergencies and incidents
constant contact with team members and guests

Job Qualifications

ability to read and speak English
communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in written and verbal form
understand and comply with company, departmental, and Gaming Control Board rules, policies, and procedures
ability to multitask
establish and maintain effective working relationships
must be at least 21 years of age
ability to obtain required work cards

Job Duties

walk the casino floor and ensure timely beverage service to guests
practice responsible alcohol service and intervene with intoxicated guests as necessary
work collaboratively with beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, beverage supervisors, and slot supervisors
provide fast, friendly, and professional beverage service
carry full trays and accurately write down guest drink orders
clear empty cups from designated areas, pit tables, and around slot machines
maintain cleanliness and order in assigned sections
