Job Duties
- Perform assigned work position duties including preparing ingredients
- making quality products
- taking guest orders
- providing quality guest service through positive and friendly interactions
- acting with a sense of urgency in all tasks
- work as a team and assist coworkers
- arrive on time for shifts
- support other work positions as needed
- complete all closing duties including cleaning
- comply with Cicis image and appearance standards
- contribute to teamwork, energy, and fun
- accurately use the POS system
- process cash and credit card transactions
- support sales initiatives by suggestive selling
- maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- comply with all security standards
