Job Duties
- Perform assigned work position duties including preparing ingredients, making quality products, taking guest orders, providing quality guest service through positive and friendly interactions, acting with a sense of urgency in all tasks
- Work as a team and assist others by being punctual, supporting other work positions during shifts as needed, completing closing duties including cleaning at the end of shifts
- Comply with Cicis uniform, appearance, and operational standards as defined in the Operations Manual and Team Member Handbook
- Accurately use the POS system, process cash and credit card transactions, suggestively sell to support sales initiatives
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area at all times, protecting the restaurant's assets by complying with security standards
- Foster a friendly and energetic atmosphere that enhances guest experience
- Assist in buffet setup and maintenance, dough preparation, cutting and cooking pizzas, bussing tables, washing dishes as required
