Job Requirements
- Must be at least 15 years of age
- Must be 18 years old to operate some equipment
- Able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods
- Willingness to comply with company dress code and appearance standards
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Customer service focused and oriented
- Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Job Duties
- Perform assigned work position duties including preparing ingredients, making quality products, taking guest orders, providing quality guest service through positive and friendly interactions, acting with a sense of urgency
- Work as a team and assist each other by being on time for shifts, supporting other work positions during shift as needed, completing all closing duties including cleaning
- Comply with Cicis uniform, appearance, and image standards and contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun
- Accurately use the POS system to process cash and credit card transactions
- Support sales building initiatives by suggestively selling when completing guests’ orders
- Protect the restaurant’s assets by maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area, comply with all security standards
