Job Duties
- Perform assigned work position duties including preparing ingredients
- make quality products
- take guest orders
- provide quality guest service through positive and friendly interactions
- act with a sense of urgency in all tasks
- Work as a team and assist others by being punctual
- support other work positions during shifts as needed
- complete all closing duties including cleaning
- comply with Cicis image and appearance standards
- contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork, energy and fun
- accurately use the POS system
- process cash and credit card transactions
- support sales by suggestive selling
- maintain a safe, clean and organized work area at all times
- comply with all security standards
