Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • reliable transportation required
  • ability to work long, flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • must be able to perform duties of all restaurant positions
  • ability to lead a team independently during shifts
  • employment contingent upon background check
  • ability to operate phones and computers

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a restaurant or food service leadership role preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to train and motivate team members
  • proficiency with POS and inventory management systems
  • customer service excellence
  • ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
  • bilingual skills preferred in certain markets

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate exemplary operations skills in all restaurant aspects including product quality
  • professionally and promptly respond to guest concerns
  • solicit guest feedback and use it to improve operations
  • supervise and train restaurant team members
  • maintain staffing levels according to sales projections
  • enforce uniform and appearance standards
  • coach team for improved performance
  • contribute to sales goals through guest service and team training
  • manage cash and utilize POS systems effectively
  • oversee inventory levels to minimize waste
  • ensure restaurant cleanliness, safety, and organization
  • comply with safety and security standards
