Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work long hours including nights, weekends, and emergency shifts
- Ability to perform job duties of all restaurant positions
- Capability to lead a team independently during a shift
- Bilingual abilities in certain markets are a plus
- Ability to use phones and computers
- Employment contingent upon background check
- Non-exempt hourly employment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous restaurant or foodservice supervisory experience is advantageous
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Demonstrate exemplary operations skills in all restaurant aspects including product quality and order accuracy
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns and issues
- Solicit guest feedback and use it to improve operations and build brand loyalty
- Supervise restaurant team and maintain adequate staffing levels
- Train team members to exceed guest expectations and ensure uniform and appearance standards
- Contribute to sales goals through friendly guest service and team product training
- Manage cash handling, POS systems, inventory control, and maintain a clean, safe restaurant environment
