Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to work long hours including nights, weekends, and emergency shifts
  • Ability to perform job duties of all restaurant positions
  • Capability to lead a team independently during a shift
  • Bilingual abilities in certain markets are a plus
  • Ability to use phones and computers
  • Employment contingent upon background check
  • Non-exempt hourly employment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous restaurant or foodservice supervisory experience is advantageous
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate exemplary operations skills in all restaurant aspects including product quality and order accuracy
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns and issues
  • Solicit guest feedback and use it to improve operations and build brand loyalty
  • Supervise restaurant team and maintain adequate staffing levels
  • Train team members to exceed guest expectations and ensure uniform and appearance standards
  • Contribute to sales goals through friendly guest service and team product training
  • Manage cash handling, POS systems, inventory control, and maintain a clean, safe restaurant environment
