Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • reliable transportation required
  • ability to work long hours including nights, weekends, and emergency shifts
  • ability to perform all job duties of restaurant positions
  • ability to lead a team during a shift without supervision
  • willingness to undergo and pass a background check
  • flexibility to work scheduled or unscheduled shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in a restaurant supervisory or leadership role preferred
  • ability to lead a team independently during a shift
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • basic computer and phone proficiency
  • bilingual skills preferred in certain markets

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate exemplary operations skills including making quality products that meet Cicis standards and reflect guest orders
  • professionally and promptly respond to guest concerns and solicit feedback
  • communicate, train, and promote quality standards using company tools
  • supervise restaurant team, maintain adequate staffing, train team members, ensure compliance with appearance standards, and coach for performance improvement
  • contribute to sales goals through prompt guest service, product training, and sales execution
  • manage POS operations, cash handling, inventory control, and maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the restaurant
