Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and unscheduled shifts
- Ability to perform all restaurant job duties
- Ability to lead a team without supervision
- Ability to use phones and computers
- Employment contingent on background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and train a team effectively
- Knowledge of cash handling and POS systems
- Ability to maintain high standards of quality and safety
- Bilingual skills preferred in certain markets
Job Duties
- Demonstrate exemplary operations skills in product preparation and ensure each product meets company standards and guest orders
- Respond professionally and promptly to guest concerns and solicit feedback to improve operations
- Train, supervise, and coach team members maintaining adequate staffing and compliance with uniform and appearance standards
- Build team morale focusing on quality, guest satisfaction, teamwork, and fun atmosphere
- Contribute to sales goals through friendly guest service and effective team product training
- Execute cash management duties and utilize POS systems efficiently
- Manage inventory and maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety, and security
