Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and unscheduled shifts
  • Ability to perform all restaurant job duties
  • Ability to lead a team without supervision
  • Ability to use phones and computers
  • Employment contingent on background check

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and train a team effectively
  • Knowledge of cash handling and POS systems
  • Ability to maintain high standards of quality and safety
  • Bilingual skills preferred in certain markets

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate exemplary operations skills in product preparation and ensure each product meets company standards and guest orders
  • Respond professionally and promptly to guest concerns and solicit feedback to improve operations
  • Train, supervise, and coach team members maintaining adequate staffing and compliance with uniform and appearance standards
  • Build team morale focusing on quality, guest satisfaction, teamwork, and fun atmosphere
  • Contribute to sales goals through friendly guest service and effective team product training
  • Execute cash management duties and utilize POS systems efficiently
  • Manage inventory and maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety, and security
