Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- Ability to perform duties of all positions in the restaurant
- Proven experience in restaurant operations or similar supervisory role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with phones and computers
- Bilingual abilities in select markets
- Reliable transportation
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Demonstrate exemplary operations skills in all restaurant areas including product quality and guest order accuracy
- Professionally and promptly respond to all guest concerns or issues and solicit feedback
- Communicate, train, and promote quality standards using company resources
- Supervise restaurant team, maintain adequate staffing according to sales projections
- Properly train team members and ensure compliance with uniform and appearance standards
- Coach team members for improved performance and build a positive team atmosphere
- Contribute to sales goals through guest service and team member product training
- Utilize POS and other systems for cash management and inventory control
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness, safety, and compliance with security standards
