Job Requirements
- must be able to lift 25lbs
- must be able to stand for a long period of time
- must comply with cicis uniform, appearance, and operations standards as defined in the operations manual and team member handbook
Job Qualifications
- restaurant experience is a plus
- ability to work in a high pace environment
- bilingual spanish and english is a plus
- willingness to cultivate a friendly and fun work atmosphere
- ability to perform well under pressure
Job Duties
- follow food safety procedures
- prepare dough, sauces, cheese daily
- ensure recipes are followed
- drive cleanliness
- train new hires in boh functions
- place orders and properly put away received inventory
- support the kitchen including making and cutting pizzas
