Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience managing high-volume restaurant operations
- proficiency with P&L statement analysis
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- flexible availability to meet the demands of the restaurant industry
- valid work authorization in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management
- strong knowledge of food cost and labor cost controls
- ability to interpret financial statements such as P&L
- demonstrated leadership in recruiting and team development
- excellent conflict resolution and communication skills
- experience with catering and managing large orders preferred
- strong emotional intelligence and positive workplace attitude
Job Duties
- Manage labor and food cost effectively
- monitor and interpret P&L statements to optimize restaurant performance
- recruit, train, and lead high-performing teams
- ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and team engagement
- oversee daily operations of high-volume restaurant locations
- resolve conflicts and solve operational problems efficiently
- manage catering orders and special events as needed
