Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience managing high-volume restaurant operations
  • proficiency with P&L statement analysis
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • flexible availability to meet the demands of the restaurant industry
  • valid work authorization in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management
  • strong knowledge of food cost and labor cost controls
  • ability to interpret financial statements such as P&L
  • demonstrated leadership in recruiting and team development
  • excellent conflict resolution and communication skills
  • experience with catering and managing large orders preferred
  • strong emotional intelligence and positive workplace attitude

Job Duties

  • Manage labor and food cost effectively
  • monitor and interpret P&L statements to optimize restaurant performance
  • recruit, train, and lead high-performing teams
  • ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and team engagement
  • oversee daily operations of high-volume restaurant locations
  • resolve conflicts and solve operational problems efficiently
  • manage catering orders and special events as needed
