Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods during shifts
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to learn and take on various tasks in the restaurant
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a positive attitude and provide friendly service
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier area
- Follow all CiCis uniform, appearance, and operational standards
- Assist team members and contribute to a cooperative work environment
- Respond to guest inquiries and address concerns promptly
- Support the restaurant team during peak hours as needed
