Job Requirements

  • prior experience in restaurant or retail management
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • direct daily restaurant operations in absence of general manager
  • ensure compliance with company standards in product preparation and delivery
  • manage customer relations and resolve issues
  • oversee restaurant maintenance and repair
  • manage inventory and supplies
  • recruit, train, and retain team members
  • maintain financial accountability and control expenses
  • ensure highest quality products and services are delivered
  • implement company policies and procedures
