- Physical ability to lift, carry or push/pull objects under 25 lbs

- Must pass criminal history information check

Job Duties
- Ring the bell at appointed kettle stand or location
- Respond courteously to public questions and direct to appropriate Salvation Army representative
- Collect monetary donations on behalf of The Salvation Army
- Greet guests and donors in a friendly and hospitable manner
- Follow instructions and work independently
- Meet attendance requirements
- Conduct all communication with professionalism
- Never leave kettle unattended except for authorized breaks at secure locations
- Wear identification and special clothing provided by The Salvation Army at all times
- Complete, sign and place daily time card in kettle at end of working day
