Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum of two years driving experience
- valid Texas Driver's License
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- physical stamina to perform continuous stooping, standing, climbing and lifting 25-100 lbs
- ability to operate commercial equipment safely
- ability to perform janitorial duties
- ability to safely transport employees in vans
- willingness to work outdoors under various weather conditions
- commitment to adhere to The Salvation Army's Christian principles and professionalism
Job Qualifications

- ability to operate commercial equipment
- physical ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy materials
- understanding of The Salvation Army's mission and conduct duties professionally
Job Duties
- Drives vans to transport bell ringers to kettle work sites and back to designated locations
- drives vans or trucks (non-DOT) to pick up gifts from homes, agencies, churches and deliver to the warehouse or Corps
- organizes schedule pick-ups by most direct routes to meet deadlines
- maintains cleanliness of vehicles both inside and outside
- assists with janitorial and general clean-up work at Corps or warehouse locations
- assists with routing traffic during Christmas Angel Tree distribution
- helps set up and disassemble Christmas display trees, tables and stands
- performs all duties with an understanding of The Salvation Army's mission, philosophy, and Christian principles
