Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Availability from 11/17/25 to 12/23/25 for set-up and execution of Christkindl Markt
Capable of working required schedules including evenings and weekends during the holiday season
Availability for mandatory orientation on 11/5/25 or 11/10/25
Availability for mandatory training on 11/6/25 or 11/11/25
Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
Able to work in varying environments including indoor kitchen, cooler/storage, and outdoor weather conditions
Must wear provided hat and jacket uniforms

Job Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older
Barbacking or hospitality experience is helpful, but not required
Represent the company's values and mission with professionalism and hospitality
Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and enjoy working as part of a team
Possess effective communication skills and a warm, approachable personality
Organized, attentive to detail, and able to multitask effectively
Proactive, adaptable, and able to anticipate guest needs
Commitment to excellent guest service that encapsulates the holiday spirit
Ability to learn and maintain knowledge of all beer, wine, and all Christkindl Markt beverage options
Demonstrate a passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
Embody the holiday season and deliver passionate and high-level hospitality
Consistently interact with all guests in a friendly and professional manner
Approach every challenge and opportunity with genuine enthusiasm to consistently deliver memorable, experience-driven customer service
Can maintain discretion and project professionalism at all times
Ability to collaborate effectively with other event staff

Job Duties

Deliver exceptional bar support that enhances the guest experience
Set up, stock, and prepare the bar for service before and after shifts
Ensure bar staff are always equipped with sufficient product, tools, and needs through consistent stocking and staging of all necessary items to ensure timely and efficient service standards are upheld
Continually record proper inventory of all products through efficient staging, FIFO rotation, and record keeping practices
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar before, during, and after shifts
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and follow all safety and sanitation standards
Break down and clean up bar stations after shifts
Collaborate with other event staff to ensure smooth event operations
