Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work cooperatively with team members
- Ability to read and interpret delivery forms and purchase orders
- Basic math skills for counting inventory
- Ability to follow job procedures and supervisor instructions
- Physical ability to lift, move, maneuver, or pull up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 165 pounds occasionally
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching during entire shift
- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, including hot and cold temperatures
- Exposure to fumes from delivery trucks and other equipment

Job Duties
- Deliver and stock product in beverage storage
- maintain inventory levels
- Report all needed repairs to the supervisor
- Keep the work and dining area and equipment neat and clean and empty trash containers
- Collaborate with chef, kitchen team members, and servers to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food
- Assist with the assembly of dishes
- Complete any required table-side service, including taking and delivering orders and explaining the menu to guests
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparations
- Identify menu items and ingredients by appearance
