Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food and beverage service
- current food handler and alcohol server certifications as required by state and city regulations
- ability to stand walk and perform physical activities for extended periods
- ability to work in varying temperatures and environments with potential exposure to dust fumes or gases
- capable of climbing ladders squatting kneeling reaching grasping twisting bending and folding/unfolding as required
- able to lift carry push and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
- effective communication skills including talking and hearing with sufficient visual acuity
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food and beverage service
- current food handler and alcohol server certifications as required by state and city regulations
- completion of Invited's F&B Service Training program
- excellent communication skills with ability to speak clearly and effectively
- ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members
Job Duties
- Maintain high standards of service following the Invited F&B service training program
- provide food and beverage service to members and guests executing orders in a timely manner
- ensure knowledge of the à la carte menu including daily features and specials
- greet members by name and provide a warm welcome
- assist fellow employees ensuring seamless member and guest experience through teamwork
- handle member and guest complaints with service recovery techniques
- complete daily assignments and side work ensuring organized clean well-stocked work areas
- follow club standards for cleanliness organization and safety
- support management by completing additional duties as assigned
- assist others as needed and take on additional tasks
- follow company club and department policies procedures and instructions
- maintain professionalism and commitment to excellence in interactions
- follow safe working practices ensuring compliance with safety guidelines
- take initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain required certifications
- address and resolve challenges with regional and corporate teams
- attend daily briefings and engage in required activities
- wear clean neat uniform meeting club standards
