Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • availability to work full-time monday through thursday
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • experience with office or administrative work preferred
  • commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
  • positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred
  • basic computer proficiency including scheduling software
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival
  • manage appointment scheduling and patient check-ins
  • handle incoming patient inquiries via phone and email
  • maintain organized patient records and office files
  • facilitate smooth communication between patients and chiropractic staff
  • assist with processing payments and billing inquiries
  • ensure the front office area is welcoming and efficiently managed
